This project consisted of converting 15,000 sf, open concept office and converted it into 14 private offices for personnel.
This project is for the design and construction of the 9,720 SF Fire Station #3 at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. The facility will include a maintenance and apparatus area, a day room and residential area, and training and administrative areas. Sitework includes address drives, parking, sidewalks, and utility services. We are under subcontract for the design of the sitework for this project.
Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna (ACL) Hospital Compound Paving Project
This project replaced 300,000 sf of flexible pavement at the ACL Regional I.H.S. Hospital and neighboring roadways at the housing quarters. The project also included the design of an FAA approved helipad, connecting walkways, and drainage improvements.
Rangeland Vegetative Inventory & Analysis
We are currently under contract to perform a rangeland vegetation understory inventory to determine the similarity indices for the rangeland ecological sites occurring within each range unit; determine annual forage production, cover and frequency. Our contract is with the Bureau of Indian Affairs Zuni Agency. We will prepare a report using the captured data that evaluates rangeland suitability and capability. This inventory will be collected over approximately 450,000 acres of Zuni Tribal and Zuni Individual Indian Allotment trust land.
This project is for the design and construction of a 90′ by 20′ hangar door at Building 1722 at Hanscom AFB, Lincoln, MA. This project will replace a much larger, malfunctioning sliding door that no longer satisfies mission requirements. We are under subcontract to perform the design services for this contract.
Design Renovate Change/Locker Rooms
This project is for the design, demolition, and renovation of the men’s and women’s locker rooms at the Waste Isolation Pilot Program. The project includes complete renovation of bathrooms, shower rooms, and changing rooms. We are under subcontract to perform the design services for this contract and it is currently under construction.
This project was to design and build and RV Storage at Vance AFB, Enid, OK. The project included installation of new security lights, new fencing, aggregate base course parking area, drainage features. This project has been completed.
Eubank Gate Canopy

This project was for the design and construction of Eubank Gate canopy at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. The project required connection to existing utilities, and lane modifications. Construction for this contract is almost complete. We are under subcontract to perform the design services for this contract and it is currently under construction.
Gibson Gate Replacement
This project was for the design and construction a new barrier gate and guard shack at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. The project required relocation of existing utilities, lane reconfigurations, new guard shack, and. new K12 crash gate. Construction for this contract is underway. We are under subcontract to perform the design services for this contract.
Lincoln NFSR 107
This construction project was for .83 mile road replacement in the Lincoln National Forest in NM. The project included two box culvert installations. We were contracted to design the bypass channels during installation. The project is complete.
BIA Site Survey Fire Lookout Towers
This project consisted of performing facility site assessments at multiple fire lookout towers. Developed cost estimates and statements of work for the demolition and replacement of the towers. This project was performed under micro-purchases.
Design/Build Construct Addition To B1028 MHMV 170055
This project consists of designing and constructing an addition connecting two Secure Compartmentalized Information Facilities (SCIF). The addition itself is a SCIF. The project includes demolition, new office spaces, bathrooms, site utility relocation, site work, and drainage improvements. We are under subcontract to perform the design services for this contract and the project is under construction.
Chaco Canyon Well House Rehabilitation-140P1318R0009
This project consisted of the design and rehabilitation of a saltwater treatment facility and connecting the potable water system to the existing campgrounds in Chaco Canyon National Park in Nageezi, NM. The project included the design and installation of a new sewer line and drainage improvements. Under subcontract we performed the design work for the facility upgrade and utility requirements.
Juan Tabo and La Cueva Picnic Areas Pit Toilet Conversion – Contract No. 128D518C0006
This project consisted of the design and encapsulation of an unlined pit toilet on the Cibola National Forest in NM. We were under subcontract to perform an assessment of the existing conditions, prepare the report, and provide direction for encapsulation to prevent further contamination.
MHMV160048, Fire Station #3, Apparatus Bay Extension
This project consisted of the design and construction to extend the apparatus bay of Fire station #3 at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. The project included the relocation of an oil, water, separator, utility line relocations, and lane/striping modifications to the adjacent access road. We performed the civil design work under subcontract.
